FAQ 037. What is a Bivens Decision and when to use it?
Mar 28, 2025The biven's decison is required for all meetings to keep things done in the correct manner, to warn against false accusations without grounds, also in case anyone comes into a meeting who is not reconveyed eg from the defacto side, also to promote harmony.

Bivens Decision: read 3 times or read once, but say at the end after an appropriate pause to given individuals time to respond and then say 'asking for the second time,' ,,,pause,,, then say asking for the third and final time. Reason for saying 3 times is the 'rule of three' makes it lawful)
Bivens example:-
“ This meeting is private. Bearing false witness, misrepresentation, and posting inflammatory rhetoric in public forums is forbidden and shall be addressed in an appropriate manner. To eliminate all conflict and false allegations, is there anyone in attendance at today's meeting that is a member or agent of any law enforcement agency or public agency of the federal, provincial, state, county, city, town, or township agencies present? ( additionally are there any UK citizens present?) Is there any response to the Bivens Decision for the first [second/third and final] time?” Response or no response is noted.
