FAQ 031. Who can use the county seals?

County Recording Secretary Seals can only be used once the County Assembly has elected a Recording Secretary to use them. The only people eligible for election to such an office are those who have completed their 928 document package.
Any mis-use of the seals carries a heavy penalty, including being removed from the global family prosperity scheme.
Once lawful courts are set up in each county this type of offence would come before the lawful land and soil court system.
