FAQ 019. Who is responsible for the document(s) I create?

You are, keep the hard original copies.
Send a recorded mail certified copy set to yourself and keep unopened.
We recommend sending a sealed certified copy set to a friend.
You will have sent copies to foreign secretary etal as you see fit.
Copies will be held on the global family website that you have uploaded also.
Note your county recording secretary will hold a record of paperwork for all those holding office.
Any documents signed by a recording secretary for those not holding office no records will be kept except a note of who was witnessing which documents and when.
note:- also an English federation recording secretary are only witnessing the fact you signed but will not checked your documents.
