FAQ 012. Conveying meaning?

You convey when you are already re-conveyed to the land and soil but you moving counties ie that county will from then on be your main place of residence:- say from Essex to Kent . Your new county you intend to remain for more than a year and a day.
This also also applies when you have re-conveyed in another country previously and now reside as permanent resident with leave to remain in England? Example America to England Etc.
