FAQ 011. Re-conveyed means?

if you have come out of 'maritime' to the 'land and soil' jurisdiction.
notes of interest:-
You 'convey' between when your main place of residence changes, from either countries and counties
(so if you have paperwork and move and want to participate in matters of office of your new county etc.. You can not be in 2 jurisdictions at the same time, example either in Kent or Essex you can not be in both)
