FAQ 009. Why are some words in capital and some title case?

Title case :-living man /women. land and soil jurisdiction - Capitals:-Corporate/ maritime jurisdiction )
Note:- example- when taking back ownership of your assumed names you write the corporate name in capitals as that's what you are bringing/claiming to (re-conveying) back on to the land and soil jurisdiction.
